Baxter Clark & Paul (Dundee) Ltd.’s approach to design will be drawn from the interpretation of the Brief involving all concerned. We will apply professional disciplines and design recommendations as a result of our experience and skilled judgement through to the execution of the project.

The stages will be clearly presented in the programme, however whilst the the architectural input is a fundamental consideration we believe we should respect firstly the needs of the user. To this end will will ensure that:-

We identify problems at pre-cost plan stages and the development of a solution in final designs applied to cost limits and latterly to cost control.

We use our ability to analyse designs to identify and remedy impracticalities in construction related to the other team disciplines and site constraints.

We develop uncomplicated but interesting design solutions using appropriate materials within strict cost limits but recognising durability, maintenance and advanced technological innovation.

We respond instantly to problems arising on site.

We collate documentation and manuals to assist the occupier to smoothly run and maintain the completed building.
