Full name : Roy David Clark
Qualifications: D.A. RIBA, FRIAS, MaPS
Overall experience :
Roy has been responsible for developing specialist skills within the Firm for Special Needs Housing. Over the years the Practice has, under his direction, gained a high reputation for this category of housing, earning local, national, international and energy efficiency awards including Scottish Homes Open Door Award.
He has extensive residential experience working with Housing Associations throughout Scotland on all tenures comprising mainstream, elderly amenity, disabled persons, sheltered, very sheltered, care accommodation, young persons and special needs including people who are deaf/blind and people suffering from dementia.
In addition he has been directly responsible for mill conversion and redevelopment of the site at Alma Works, Arbroath.
In 2002 he was invited by Dementia Services Development Centre, Stirling University, as a guest speaker.
He has extensive experience in residential master planning/design and in conservation projects/listed buildings including repair refurbishment, alteration/extension and conversion primarily for residential use.

Qualifications: DipArch (Abdn), RIBA, ARIAS
Overall experience :
Derek has had wide experience of work in most categories including housing, commercial and industrial projects. He has been responsible for various Mill conversions, both for the private market and rented accommodation.
He has extensive experience in residential master planning/design and in conservation projects/listed buildings including repair/refurbishment.

Full name : Leslie Smith
Overall experience :
Leslie has a wealth of experience of work in most categories, including housing for both the public and private sector and commercial projects.
He has been involved in the use of Computer Aided Design for many years using GDS, MICROGDS, and AutoCad Applications.
